Our Artists

Sandra Wolfson is a painter and printmaker known for luminous, layered surfaces and a vibrant sense of color. She holds an MFA from Colorado State University and a BFA from the University of Georgia, where a Ford Foundation Scholarship took her to study in Cortona, Italy.
Her career includes teaching in Los Angeles and at the college level, working with collectors at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, and a decade-long residency at KALA Art Institute in Berkeley. There, she developed her signature painterly serigraph monotypes—each a one-of-a-kind print created through an intuitive, multi-layered process.
