Our Artists

Leslie Collins and her husband Mike moved from Kansas City, Missouri in 2017 to retire in Fernandina Beach. That same year, she started painting with the IAA Thursday group of artists. Her first introduction to watercolor was in 2018 and she soon realized that the medium would be the chosen outlet for her art. Leslie began volunteering as an Associate member at the Island Art Association (IAA) in 2020 and became an Exhibiting Member in 2021.
