Our Artists

Gwen Cowart is a graduate of the University of Georgia fine arts program. As a mixed media artist her work spans media such as printmaking, pewter embossing, watercolor, acrylics, woodburning and collage. She is inspired by the variety, beauty, and strangeness of Florida's flora and fauna. Her contemporary style ranges from minimalism to modern primitivism, and frequently involves a strong use of repetitive mark making.
