Elizabeth Greene
Elizabeth Greene, a professional quilter, and musician began her career almost 30 years ago in the Philadelphia and New Jersey area where she grew up. After graduating from Boston University School of Fine and Applied Arts, with a degree in music education, Liz turned her attention to clothing and quilt design. In 2007 two of her quilts were accepted and shown at the Quilting Heritage Show in Lancaster, Pa. In 2019 her quilt work was displayed at the West End Museum in Atlanta, Ga. and the Historical Courthouse in Lawrenceville, Ga. After moving in 2021 to Fernandina Beach, Florida, she joined the Amelia Island Quilt Guild, where she has served in the Community Outreach group as well as co-Vice president and coordinator for the Friday Quilting workshops.
