SHOW DATE: April 30 and May 1, 2011 (Festival begins at 5 pm, April 29, on Riverfront)

SHOW HOURS: Saturday  9:00 AM - 6:00 PM   (Option:  Stay open till 8:00 PM if desired) Sunday    10:00 AM -5:00 PM

REGISTRATION: Exhibitors must complete registration before set-up.

Registration Hours:   Friday – 2 PM - 8:00 PM    Saturday – 6:30 - 8:30 AM
Location:  Island Art Association Gallery, 18 North Second Street
Register in person (Photo ID and Acceptance Letter required).
Note: Temporary parking for use by exhibitors while registering will be available Near the IAA Gallery – look for signage on Alachua St. and N. Second St.

SET-UP: Set-up may begin at 6:10 PM on Friday, April 29.  PLEASE DO NOT ENTER OR PARK IN THE DOWNTOWN FESTIVAL AREA BETWEEN 5 AND 6 PM.

                                 Police will tow Vehicles in exhibit area during these hours.

On Saturday, April 30, set-up must be completed by 8:30 AM and vehicles removed from exhibit area by 8:45 AM.
On Sunday, vehicles must be removed from exhibit area by 9:30 AM.
No vehicles are allowed in the exhibit area during show hours.
Space numbers are marked on the curb.
Vehicle Identification hang-tags must be displayed to enter the exhibit area for set-up. The hang-tag will be issued at Registration

PARKING: Unfortunately, there is no “reserved parking” provided for Exhibitors. Daily parking is available street-side in adjacent residential areas.  Some rental parking is available in the area. 

RV PARKING UPDATE (APRIL 8, 2011):

PLEASE NOTE:  In accordance with City of Fernandina Beach Code of Ordinances, Section 58-9 and City of Fernandina Beach Land Development Code 7.01.05, overnight parking of RV vehicles is prohibited on City streets and public right of ways.

For Shrimp Festival Only:

RV parking will be available at Beech and 13th Street, just outside the Festival area, at a cost of $75 for the weekend. DRY CAMPING ONLY. Priority will be given to festival vendors for RV parking at Alachua and North 2nd Street, at a cost of $75 for the weekend. DRY CAMPING ONLY. Contact Wayne or Ellen Wiggins at 904-859-6899 for reservations. Daily parking will also be available at this location at a rate of $10 per vehicle, space permitting. Proceeds to benefit local Christian Motorcycle Association.

SECURITY: Festival Security will be provided by patrolling officers of the Fernandina Beach Police Department on a continual, roving basis from 6:00 p.m. on Friday through 5:00 p. m. Sunday. Should booth damage or pilferage occur, fiscal responsibility is totally that of the exhibitor.

RESTRICTIONS: No pets (including dogs, cats, birds, snakes) in exhibitor booths. No hawking or demonstrations.

UTILITIES: No utilities are available. Generators are not allowed.

ACCOMODATIONS: Arrangements for housing for the weekend are the responsibility of the exhibitor.  Information on available accommodations and festival discount rates can be found at www.ameliaisland.com.
