Art Show Release:
 
The undersigned hereby releases and forever discharges and holds harmless the
Shrimp Festival Committee and the Island Art Association, Inc., of and from any
and all manner of actions, suits, damages or claims whatsoever arising from the
loss or damage to the property of the undersigned while in the possession or
supervision of the Shrimp Festival, and hereby consents to the enforcement of
the Festival rules as set down in this document.  All artists completing this
application agree not to sell shirts, hats, wearables or other merchandise with
the words, "Isle of Eight Flags, Shrimp Festival." Doing so will cause immediate
expulsion from the show by the Festival Committee.
  By signing this release you
certify that none of the items for sale in your booth were created by others.
