Char is a long time resident of Fernandina Beach. A retired registered nurse, Char, in addition to painting is active in the local community theatre. She is well-known for her delightful "whimisical 7s" as well as her pointillism paintings. She is also represented at the Waterwheel Gallery where she is Gallery Director.
