Categories and Awards All accepted artists are eligible for prize money. The judges will review the entire show. All works for judging must have been completed since 2007. Pay particular attention to category assignment; i.e., wood vs. sculpture, metal vs. sculpture, etc. Work will be judged based on assigned category Categories: A Oils, Acrylics, Pastels B Watercolor C Mixed Media Drawing, & Printmaking D Pottery E Photography F Sculpture G Creative Crafts (wood, fiber, baskets etc.) H Creative Crafts (jewelry, metal, glass etc) Awards: Best of Show $ 1,250 First Place (in each category) 500 Second Place (in each category) 300 Third Place (in each category) 150 Isle of Eight Flags Award (10 regardless of category) 100 Patron Purchase Awards: Amount varies by year |
