  • To provide supplies and scholarship assistance to Nassau County students;
  • To encourage art programs for Nassau County residents.

Annual Membership Fees are:

  • $85 Family Membership
  • $125 for Exhibiting Members
  • $250 Corporate/Business Membership

Exhibiting Members:

  • Are juried as space is available;
  • Must reside in Nassau County;
  • Must meet specific requirements to achieve and maintain exhibiting status,e.g., 1 day per month at gallery desk; participate on at least two committees - one operating committee and one Shrimp Festival committee, etc.

Shrimp Festival Patron Program:

Friends and businesses are invited to participate through a commitment to spend $100 or more on the purchase of art from a Shrimp Festival exhibitor of their choice.  The total estimated amount is published annually thereby attracting more artists.  Patrons may opt to donate financial support for prizes, scholarships, or the purchase of art supplies for Nassau County schools.

Shrimp Festival Patron recognition and benefits:

Patrons are provided a large green award ribbon and sign with their name for the artist to display in their booth. Patrons names are published in various media including this website during and following the festival. Patrons receive the satisfaction of knowing their support benefits Shrimp Festival artists and the community through better art education and supplies.
