Art Show Release:  The undersigned hereby releases and forever discharges and holds harmless the Historic Fernandina Business Association and the Island Art Association, Inc., of and from any and all manner of actions, suits, damages or claims and whatsoever arising from the loss or damage to the property of the undersigned while in possession or supervision of the Amelia Island Autumn Fine Arts Festival and hereby consents to the enforcement of the Festival rules as stated in application information pages.  All artists completing this application agree not to sell shirts, hats, wearables or other merchandise with the words, "Amelia Island Autumn Fine Arts Festival."  Doing so will cause immediate expulsion from the show by the festival committee.  By signing this release you certify that none of the items for sale in your booth were created by others.
